Parent Teacher Interviews October 22nd and 23rd

Dear ÉJWES Parent(s) and Guardian(s),
Our Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Tuesday, October 22 and Wednesday,
October 23 for Kindergarten-Grade 4 students. Please note that some days/times may vary
slightly for individual teachers and you will see the available times in our School Interviews
on-line booking system. If you have any questions please contact your child’s teacher.
Please choose an in-person interview time for each child within the booking program. The
interviews will be 12-15 minutes in length and will be held in your child’s classroom. Please keep
this in mind as the teacher will need to end the meeting promptly to transition to the next
parent/guardian interview. Please use the main doors at John Wilson to enter the school. The
online booking will remain open until Friday, October 18. After this date, please connect with
the teacher to schedule an interview time. Thanks!
